VBJ machines outside of vegas?

do they have these in FLORIDA? what about in the ACNJ area?

im talking about ones that pay 3-2 on BJ and dont shuffle after every hand, enabling u to count the cards. all ive been told about is the ones in laughlin, and i think RI, where i didnt even know gamblings legal. what all states have em?

why isnt anyone willing to tell me where theyve seen these BJ machines? only place ive seen em at is a little town in iowa outside of NV
