It was not my intention to drive sales elsewhere, buy my book here -- Ken's new low price of $7.95 is great. Buy a few copies for a few friends at that price.
Believe it or not, I don't remember who has my books or sells them
I just wrote to Ken with the same offer that I gave several other sellers recently, but honestly I don't remember if I made that offer to him before.
