What's in your wallet?

I don't carry a wallet

or any ID. OK, I have a "throw away" with old credit cards and a bit of cash. I have a thin (quiet) velcro strip sewn into my pockets. I carry money to/from the car in a money belt thing. Once in the casino, if conditions are good, I'll go to the bathroom and stick a wad in my pocket. My buy-in and loss stops are limited by CSR issues.

As far as safes? I use them and feel they are save as long as they are bolted down (some aren't) Try to pick up your room safe, make sure your room safe is not a portable safe. I saw a video on youtube awhile back with a safe that was just sitting on a shelf.

This is a small personal paradox of mine:

I know it is stupid to even worry about leaving money hidden in my room in locked luggage under the bed. After all, how often do you hear of motel rooms being broken into? I'm sure it happens, but a random theft is too remote to worry about. There are real things in life to worry about.

But then, I take apart air conditioners, duct systems, etc. to hide my money. I know it is silly, but I do it anyway. I'm sure it is out of an unjustified fear but knowing that does not stop my actions.

Cheers,
Paradox

High stakes poker!

I wonder what the people from high stakes poker do the minimum they can buy in to the game is 100K and some have a $1 million in cash and chips. Plus they are on a t.v. show that is highly public. I think they would also be targets for robbers or thieves looking for a big payday!
