What simulator is being used here and how much does it cost?

The screenshot above is from CVCX which goes for $85. I use CVData which has more features but costs $160. You can see the comparisons here:

Sonny do you know what the CVdata,v4 update(7mb) does? That the current version doesnt. I dont think it says. I was just wondering if I should insatall the update or not?
