The horseshoe in tunica is quite good. Nice buffet, fantastic steakhouse. Easy to score comps, too.

Edgewater in Laughlin.

The Cravings buffet at The Mirage is cheap and really good!

The Venetian/Pallazo has GREAT restaurants! I definitely recommend Carne Vino and Del Monicos!

NEVER under any circumstance eat at "The Range" at Harrahs in Vegas

Horseshoe Tunica
Gold Strike Tunica
Harrah's Tunica
Aria
Mirage
MGM Grand Detroit

Noodle Bars:
Caesar's AC
Resorts AC (Get the General Tso's)

Fine Dining:
Delmonico's at the Venetian
Binions at the Horseshoe in Tunica or east Chicago
Wheeling Island (the place is a dump but the steakhouse is superb)
Four Queens

Another vote for Venetian/Palazzo, especially Sushi Samba! Hank's Steakhouse at Green Valley Ranch and Charlie Palmer's steakhouse at the Grand Sierra in Reno are pretty darn good, as well!
