No,thats The Vegas Club,which I do believe is commiting fraud when they advertise their game as The Worlds Most Liberal.
While I often stay at the Rio,I haven't played any table game there since they screwed with the rules for Crazy Four poker. Not that I blame them. Everybody seemed to win each time I played.
They have( or perhaps had) a pit where the dealers wore bikinis and blackjack paid even money.

That's COMPLETELY honest. The rules ARE liberal.
