my turn to cry

hey guys. been through a tough one lately. i'm sure the pro's would point this out as a very minor glitch. but when your as psychological unhinged as i can be it nags at you.
just when i decide to raise my spread from 1:8 to 1:10 and to accelerate my ramp the $^%*#!@! hits the fan. out of the last six sessions i've been loser on four of them. sum total drop in units of 108.5 units. that average out to losing about 18 units per session. well within standard deviation i suppose. it just bugs me. i have to admitt that playing at a higher spread un-nerves me. that probably has affected my accuracy of play but i believe overall i've been doing things correctly. worst thing i've done continuing play into some negative shoes when i didn't want to lose a one on one table with the dealer. then i continued play some while i was getting a bit foggy in the head. oh yeah and i've stopped the quit when your ahead one standard deviation tact that i had been using. just been trying to get in as much play as possible lately.
oh well just thought i'd whine a bit. on with the battle dudes.
graph showing the recent effect of fluctuation on my bankroll
note: the red splash of color on the sixth to last column shows where i started the spread increase

I think keeping your max bets low was a smart idea given your limited bankroll. I can't guarantee that at 1-3 spread is profitable (probably not), so you'd want to wong.

I think I was getting heat for telling people to stand when they'd otherwise normally hit when the count was really high.
My tendency is to tell people the basic strategy play no matter what. Although I may then immediately followup with my own hypocrisy.
