RJT,
Yep only had a flux of 4 cycles before... Very sad feeling.... But like you say. There are those times when you pop royals like pop corn... I sat down on a 25cent progressive many many years ago, with my brother.. he wanted some points on his card to keep it active.. The royal was plus ev but very small... Before he loaded his machine i hit the royal on the first hand LOL Never forget that!!!!
Ya never forget your first Dealt Royal... nice!!!! only .25 along time ago. Then there is the dollar 5 play Dealt Royal...20G bam!!!!!!!!!!! But they are all meaningless,, just part of the game ... If the edge is a half percent that is all you get half percent....The numbers don't lie.....EVER!!!!!
Same way with Video Black jack,,,, you might flux up 3 grand but you never ever get to keep it!!!!! The edge is the edge....sucks but that is the way it is.
Oh to go back to the good old days, still longing for my first royal!!!!
Shame we cant ever go back and feel the joy and fun of it all.... My advice to all you vp players again ....is run,,,,run far away!!!!!
Unless you have a overpay machine, or a nice promo worth a couple hundred an hour, in that case PM me i will gladly point your ship in the right direction..:laugh::laugh:

Take Care all

Well i've been talking out my arse then. Ken that is some lightning fast play you are doing their and if that is standard for an offline normal casino JoB machine then i've been totally underestimating the number of hands it is possible to play in any give time period. Online i'm hitting 6-700 hands an hour with a bot, and that's almost precognative in the speed it assess hands.

RJT.
Exactly 1000 per hour is what I do, and VP people tell me that the average for an experienced player is around 800. This does not include breaks (all machines where I go are TITO thus they don't have those convenient plastic cups around anymore ) and once in a while I glance at a cheat-sheet. On the more common games most VP plays are obvious and most of the non-obvious ones are so common (like 3 to the SF) that you learn them by rote in a session or two.

For a diversion to relieve boredom I'll stop using the buttons, and play by gesturing at the screen like Tom Cruise in Minority Report.
