I checked out the system. For whatever reason it's free right now. Anyway, he has a different basic strategy from the 'standard' basic strategy. it is significantly different. I'll list some of the differences, but not all as there are too many to list. The reason it's different, so he claims, is because of the RNG on the website and he's calculated a new BS. I'm not sure how many decks the site uses, but he talks about 2 decks quite a bit so that's the BS i will compare it too.
Some of the differences are: never splitting pairs 2-4 and only splitting a pair of 6s against a dealers 5 or 6. His BS also includes virtually never double on soft hands. The only times he suggests doubling is on A5 against 6, A6 against 5,6 and A7 against 4-6. His strategy for hard hands 8-17 is similar to the standard BS, but has a number of differences that I don't feel like typing.
He does have a betting strategy, but doesn't go into much detail about it. I won't go into detail because the document says you don't have permission to redistribute the system. (oddly enough his BS was in a diff. document which said you could redist. it). anyway, in general his bs his betting strategy includes paying attention to the 10s and betting more when there are have been a few that have come out and also mentions betting more following a win against a dealers high card. i won't go into anymore detail than that.
