Would be unlawful (4th amendment). Especially a civilian. My brother's a SGT in the sheriff's office and they can't even search a tag without valid probable cause etc. I've seen those tag readers on cop cars that randomly scan tags and I'm not even sure how they get around the 4th amendment for that, but government routinely pisses on the bill of rights anyway.Gosha said:

They associate a name and license plate # on possible earlier visits while using a players card or ID. Next time you visit and you enter the lot, cameras scan the plate and flag any undesirables. Yea if you can pull it off go for it. I regularly fill my gas tank and eat like a king playing rated. They have a few incentives to play rated like capping your max spread 10 to 1 and playing only one hand. I would think playing unrated would draw more attention.Gosha said:
It's illegal to conceal your plate from view of a police officer. But on private property, parked I imagine you could take it off and toss it in your trunk. I used to do it regularly after my tag was stolen one time. Really no different that locking your doors or locking valuables in your trunk. Come on up to the U.P. of MI. After driving down the road to the casinos there is so much snow on your license plate you can't even read it. Same goes for snow covering up your tail lights which can be dangerous in a snowstorm.

While there are some places I have used a card and don't regret it, for vegas double deck I wish I never used a card anywhere.I'm not a full time blackjack pro but have really gotten back into card counting in the last 2 years and love double deck. Also I was gonna get a fake ID made for my courier company. Being in law enforcement previously I'm not comfortable giving my driver's license to civilians, and putting it in their little machines. Nor am I obligated to. I wouldn't give it to a cop who stopped me walking down the street, not sure why I keep giving it to random citizenstuck22 said:
