After doing some further research into the money transfer question, including talking to the Las Vegas police department and the cage at several casinos, the best way to get the money to Vegas seems to be....travelers checks.

I can get them for free in $1,000 denominations from AAA, and then just deposit them at my destination casino. For moves between casinos, it's the money belt or similar approach. There seem to be lots of ways to hide money on one's person

For these large denomination travelers checks, make sure you call in advance and order them because they may not have them available on the spot. This happened to me and I had to sign about 100 smaller checks. What a pain the ass, I mean wrist!

non-sense. you have to get close enough to someone to stun gun them unless you have a Taser™ which you don't.

if you have a stun gun or pepper spray the first thing you should do with it is use it on yourself to really understand what it does.

Anyone want to confirm this? This hasn't been my experiance, and I sure as hell don't want Harrahs discussing my markers with another casino group. Nor have I had an success cashing in green chips from Stations at Harrahs.

I can't really speak for crap casinos like Harrahs, but I've done this at every decent casino on the Strip. Go to the main cage, give them your chips and your player's card at the other casino, they call and get verification and will change the chips for you. I've done this with amounts $1000-$50k. Never had a single issue as long as I didn't owe a dollar in marker to the other casino.
