When a casino opens up the pene, the also gird up for more counters. The game as described is fabulous for us AND them. EV per 100 hands is almost double what standard 75% pene provides and makes the game almost suitable for play-all. The last thing to look for is the complexity of the shuffle. If management is smart they will also use simple rapid shuffle, also good for both sides.
